No, we are an out of network provider. If your health insurance policy includes out of network benefits, then you may be able to get the costs covered partially or fully by your insurance. You can call them to inquire. We will provide you with statements that you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
This is up to you, but we typically recommend no less than once/week. Our ideal format is to meet twice/week to start. This will help us maximize and expedite progress.
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. We try to make billing as easy as possible for you. We will even offer to keep a card on file for you.
